Blowfish Reposado Tequila｜ Other Products

Blowfish Reposado takes the brand's coastal, easy-drinking blanco and rests it in American white oak barrels, adding warmth, color, and softness without burying the agave underneath — the house philosophy of smooth-first tequila carried into aged territory. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco under NOM 1438, it's produced in small batches and bottled in the same puffer-fish-inspired bottle that makes the brand instantly recognizable on a shelf or a bar cart. The oak does what a reposado rest should: expect cooked agave, vanilla, and light caramel on the nose with a hint of citrus, opening into a rounder, gentler palate than the Blanco — butterscotch, soft baking spice, honey, and toasted oak layered over the agave, with a touch of pepper on the finish. The brand pitches it as their best-in-class experience, and community tasters on Agave Matchmaker consistently describe the Blowfish range as approachable and balanced rather than aggressive, which holds true here. It's the bottle in the lineup for drinkers who want a little more depth than the Blanco but aren't ready for a full añejo commitment — genuinely pleasant neat over a single cube, and a natural upgrade in a margarita, a Tequila Old Fashioned, or a spicy paloma. The Blowfish family runs Blanco, Indigo, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo.
