Under the Spotlight｜Hangar 1 Honeycomb Vodka｜ Other Products

Hangar 1 Honeycomb Vodka comes from Hangar 1 Distillery in Alameda, California, the Bay Area craft distillery housed in a former naval air station hangar. This flavored vodka is infused with real honeycomb rather than honey flavoring, capturing the wax, pollen and floral character of the whole comb, and bottled at 80 proof. The nose is honey, vanilla and toasted nut with a hint of cinnamon. The palate is rich and full with caramelized honey, toasted almond and a touch of smoke, and the finish is long and gently warming. It is best served chilled and straight, or in a premium cocktail such as a Bee's Knees riff, a honey vodka sour or a hot toddy. This 750ml bottle is a craft flavored vodka with real depth.
