Ever looked into your camera case full of lenses with their plain black rear caps facing up and wondered which was which? The new Write On Rear Lens caps for Canon lenses might have you asking, “Why didn’t I think of this?” ProMaster have incorporated a white erasable board into the back of each cap. Use a dry erase marker, wet erase marker, or grease pencil (included) to write on the cap (sorry, no sharpies). When you need to change the information just erase and start over.

By marking the focal length and aperture of each lens, it can be identified quickly inside a case or gadget bag.

Commercial shooters often keep notes on each lens for a particular shoot that have to do with things like color correction or optimum aperture or filtration for a certain look. The ProMaster Write On Lens caps are a great way to do this.

Each cap includes a black, grease pencil in storage tube.
