7 ft. Safety Guardrail for Scaffolding Systems
The 7 ft. Safety Guardrail is designed for use with Metaltech guardrail posts (M-MGPUSL) on exterior scaffolding structures. It provides essential fall protection when working on elevated platforms, helping create a compliant and secure working environment on construction and maintenance jobsites.
These vertical guardrails are specifically intended for use with 7 ft platforms and must be installed as part of a complete guardrail system. For proper and safe setup, a total of four guardrails are required per platform level.
Built from durable galvanized steel and engineered for compatibility with professional scaffolding systems, this guardrail helps ensure stability, safety, and compliance on elevated work areas.

Key Features & Benefits
Designed for 7 ft PlatformsEngineered specifically for use with 7 ft scaffolding platforms to ensure proper fit and safety coverage.
Heavy-Duty Galvanized Steel ConstructionMade from 1" galvanized steel tubing for strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in outdoor environments.
OSHA-Compliant Safety System ComponentMeets ANSI, CSA, and OSHA standards when used as part of a complete guardrail system on scaffolding above 10 ft.
Easy Installation DesignFlattened and hole-ended tube design allows for quick and secure attachment to compatible guardrail posts.
Improved Jobsite SafetyHelps reduce fall risks by creating a secure perimeter around elevated scaffolding platforms.

Common Applications
Scaffolding Safety SystemsUsed as part of a full guardrail setup on exterior scaffolding structures.
Construction & Renovation WorkProvides fall protection for workers on elevated platforms during framing, siding, and exterior finishing.
Maintenance & Repair ProjectsIdeal for industrial and commercial maintenance tasks performed at height.
Exterior Building WorkSupports safe working conditions for façade work, painting, and installation projects.

Why Use a Guardrail System?
Working on elevated scaffolding without proper guardrails significantly increases fall risk. A compliant guardrail system helps:

Prevent accidental falls from platforms

Improve overall jobsite safety compliance

Meet OSHA and industry safety requirements

Provide a stable perimeter around work areas

Increase worker confidence at height

Guardrails are not optional on most elevated scaffold setups—they are a required safety component for professional use.
