Stationary Blade Replacement Kit for DH8 Wood Chipper｜ Other Products

The stationary blade, or bed knife, is a hardened steel wear part mounted inside the wood chipper's rotor chamber. It works in tandem with the rotating flywheel knives to shear material into chips. Maintaining the correct knife gap is important for proper chipping performance. Too much clearance can reduce cutting efficiency, while too little clearance can damage the knives if contact occurs.
Made from hardened steel for durability, this wear part may need replacement over time due to normal wear, misalignment, or contact with foreign material.
Kit includes:

1x stationary blade
3x bolts
3x lock nuts
3x flat washers
